Material and Labour for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old ceiling surfaces and applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply and fix Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser Item No 29 here-in-before but one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old surface of Wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for vitrified tiles light coloured 10mm thick, polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floor, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
