Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet / C.C road etc., with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Hire Charges for Erection and removal of scaffolding for erection of Electrical illumination Figures wherever necessary as directed during execution including providing necessary struts, ties, bracings etc, from bottom to 10 meter. Note:- 1. TTD Lorry to be arranged on Free of cost for transportation of scaffolding materials To and Fro exclusive for scaffolding works for erection of electrical cutout at Tirumala except for works at Tirupati and Tirchanoor and transportation charges will be paid separately for outside places, 2. Erection should be completed before Two days of commencement of the Festival / Utsavam. 3. The TTD has not responsible for theft and fire accident.
