Providing and fixing ridge/valley pieces in pre-painted GI sheet, including overlaps and fasteners.

Repairing ceiling sheets (pre-painted GI/false ceiling panels), including removal of damaged panels, refixing with screws/fasteners, alignment, and touch-up painting.

Minor repair of purlins/rafters with welding/bolting, including primer coat.

Providing and fixing metal perforated acoustic ceiling panels (600×600 mm, powder-coated steel/aluminium, 0.5–0.6 mm thick, with acoustic fleece backing) in GI suspension system with runners, cross tees, hangers, and perimeter channels.

Providing and fixing Powder Coated Aluminium Doors (Ivory & Grey colour) with complete fittings, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Sliding Windows with 5 mm glass, all hardware fittings, and Jaali Door with Chowkhat, complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing Office Partition & Store Room using aluminium section 4"x1.75" with 12 mm board and 5 mm glass, complete with fittings, door closers, and frosting film.

Repairing of Doors including minor carpentry, alignment, replacement of fittings and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete.
