Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding shall be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrom primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 5 to 8 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet mix macadam (WMM) laid in two layers 75mm thick each layer, grading as per Grade V as specified in Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber with finished surface tolerance as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
