Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural supports/ platforms for Ammonia lines, water line and desuperheater using MS square tubes, Channels, Angles and flats, base plate etc Rate includes welding, fitting and painting consumables.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of 65 mm Ammonia refrigeration piping & fittings in accordance with MS ‘C’ Class following IS1239 MS pipe including all fittings such as bends, tees, flanges, consumables for cutting & welding with painting of one coat metal primer and two coats enamel paint as per technical specifications for providing inlet and outlet ammonia gas lines. Providing outside insulation to the 65 mm ammonia gas line from the compressor header to the Desupeheater inlet and outlet to the header using LBR mattress ,reinforcing with hexagonal wire netting with lacing mesh and covering with 24 SWG Aluminium sheet ,grooved it in position and tight the ends and fix with self trapping screws.

GI B class pipes (25mm NB) for Raw and soft water (rate should be inclusive of same quality bends, tees, reducers, and MS flanges as per BS 10 TABLE D gaskets, bolts nuts, etc. Wherever necessary) conforming IS. 1239.(RAW WATER) Make : TATA,JINDAL

Three piece CS Ball valves (25 mm NB) Screwed type , AUDCO/Intervalve make , body ASTMA216 Gr.WCB,ball ASTMA351 Gr.CF8M,Seat PTFE, Stem ASTMA479, Type 316,Body seal PTFE, Bore Standard, Ends Screwed to BSPT for cooling/hot water line.
