Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting hard or soft rock,by chieselling where the blasting work is water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with in all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundations consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(Icement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Ist class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and Plinth in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 12.50 mm nominal size and curing complete in all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per Sqm. on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with af loating piece of cloth lightly socked in Kerosene oil in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,struting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu,reinforced concrete and plain concrete and plain concrete work inFlat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like.upto 200 mm thickness including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

(a) Vertical Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like floor etc. up to 20 mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

( c) Sides and soffits of beam,beam haunching,cantilever and bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections. Trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a pr4iming coat of red lead paint. (i) In beams, joints channels, angles, tee, flats, with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to commen rafters and the like.40x40x6mm

Providing & fixing panelled glazed shutters for Door, Window &clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.40 mm thick 2nd class Kail wood :-

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2.4(Icement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize)and curing complete excluding cost of work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beam girderes bressumers and cantiliver upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

( b) Suspended floors,roofs,landing and shelves and their supports balconies,beams, girder,bressumers and cantilever up to floor-2 level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing/Placing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding and placing in possition complete including bending wire upto floor all level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in C.M.1:4 (1Cement:4sand) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including priming caot with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth primer coat with distemper primer.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) including entire carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40X3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cms long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement ,3 sand,6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size complete in all respect with all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamps type 1 of 16 mm dia bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of roof as per standard design complete in respect including entire carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium sliding door bolts anodised colour and shade with nuts and screws complete in all respect. (250X16 )

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of following size barrel type anodized transport or dyed to required shade and colour with screws complete in all leads and lifts and as per the dirction of the Engineer- in - charge. 250x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodised,transparent or died to required shade with necessary screws complete in all respect. ( 100 mm )

Terrazzo tile flooring with precast terrazzo tiles 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size laid in floors,treads of steps and landing on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cemenrt mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement,6 sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile where ever required including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades medium with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Demolition above G.L upto floor two level including stacking of unserviceable material and disposal of unserviceable with in 20 metres lead reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness complete in all respect.

Providing / Fixing and testing of Electrical fitting including all accessories complete in all respect as per entire satisfection of Engineer Incharge.
