Development Work at Hirli Dangari Nabarangpur.

Civil Works Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness with including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m depth for the work complete including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge. (Excavation up to 1.5m)

Supplying filling in F&P with sand including watering, ramming, poking & compacting including Cost, Conveyance, Royalties and Taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floor using cement, 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete , ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering, hire & running charges of water pump complete if required as per instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Grading-VI Material as per table 400-2, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 PARKING AND STEPPED PATHWAY

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc.in layers not exceeding 20 cm in deepth ,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering ,lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 mt. etc including cost of all labour , sundries etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liters (or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc.complete as per IS:6313/1981(Part-II) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, etc. complete.
