M&L for cleaning of blocked/chocked sewer pipe line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap/manhole or from cleaning eyes in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge /waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance where directed by Engineer-in-Charge and to be burried properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including removing and re-fixing of manhole covers in cement mortar (1:4) as and where required complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 1 to 10 : (i) The Contractor of his accredited representative/ supervisor will report to the JE I/C Maint of 810 CETC Purkazi or Engineer-in-Charge at 8.30AM on alll working days to collect the complaint slips. (ii) The contractor shall deploy sufficent labour/sweepers (Minimum 04 sweepers and 01 Supervisor) to clear the blockage etc and will deposit the complaint slips duly signed by the user in token of completion of the complaint on the same day. (iii) All the blockages etc to be cleared within 24 Hrs of handing over of complaint. In case of delay in clearing the blockage by more than 24 Hrs or otherwise a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per delayed complaint shall be charged from the contractor's dues.

M&L for cleaning of blocked WC including cleaning soil pipe/bend/junction etc from WC trap to first manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked nahani trap of bathroom, kitchen & WHB including cleaning of pipe line upto gully trap as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked gully trap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing covers of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, lift well, soak pit or manholes of any size/capacity and cleaning by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the water with the help of combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on vehicle having facilities of high pressuere of water thermoplastic fiber blended water jetting hose & through conical or round shaped nozzle pipe and removing the sludge outside MD land at approved locations and burrying the same in the ground by excavating pits of suitable sizes and covering with excavated earth and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing covers of soak well/ septic tank/ manhole and cleaning by mechanical suction pump tanker of capacity 3000 Ltrs and laying/ throwing full capacity of sludge out of MD land at approved locations as per arrangements made by the contractor and placing back in position the removed covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & exc 1.50 m but n.exc 3 m in depth for foundation or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out / demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L for SGSW drain pipe of 150 mm internal dia, grade `A', laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in bed to 150mm internal dia SGSW drain pipes including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in cement mortar (1:6), staright or curved on plan to mean radius n.exc 6m with bricks roughly cut to radius or bricks with wedge shaped joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 17.00 above but except bricks. Note: Serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide serial item No. 16.00 here-in-before to be reused.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks in half brick thick walls in cement mortar (1:4), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surfaces channels & drains, benching inside manhole and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains & channels 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed (Inner girth only measured).

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, bed plates, bed blocks for hold fasts, apex stones and the like with plain fair faces including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description as in manhole covers and the like and M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers etc including necessary form work and set in postion in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 6 mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs plastic water closet (EWC) seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover including mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, stainless steel jet cleaner for ‘E’ type WC with flexible pipe of suitacble length complete all as specified and directed.
