Part I

Dismantling of flexible pavement and disposal of dismantled materials up to alesd of 1000meters , stacking serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately-Bituminous couse -By Mechanical means

Excavation for road way in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,transporting to embankment site within all lift and lead upto 1000m,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and crosssections

Lorry conveyence for disposing the surplus excavated earth to the location as directed by the engineer in charge upto an initial lead of 5 km

Construction of granular sub-base(200mm) by providing coarse graded material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORT and H specification 401 complete in all respects

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam(200mm) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in subways-base course all well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT and H spectfication number 406 complete in all respects

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made KERB stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,laid over a bed of cement mortar 1:4 25mm thick and joined with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand),including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to mre than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc as per direction of engineer in charge(length of finished curb edging shall be measured for pavement).(Precast CC curb stone shall be approved by engineer in charge )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulsion on prepared surface of granular base icluding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the ratio of 0.6kg per sq.m using mechanical means as per MORT and H specification 502 complete in all respects

Tack coat-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of .20-.3kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per MORT& H specification No.503 complete in all respects

Providing and laying bituminous macadam(50mm thick) with 100-120 TPH producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with pavor finisher to the required grade,level and allignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT and H specification number 5.3.504 complete in all respects

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumin emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2kg per sq.m on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per MORT and H specification number 503 complete in all respects

Providing and laying bituminous concrete(30mm thick modified bitumin) with 100-120 TPH batch,type,coat mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and allignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tantem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT ans H specification clause no 509 complete in all respects

Filling pot holes and patch repairs with bituminous concrete,40mm removal of all failed material,trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces,cleaning of surface,painting of tac coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503,backfilling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504,compacting,trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth,continous surface,all as per clause 3004.2 for grading I material

Part II Road Side Drains

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soil except rock which require blasting of foundation trenches etc including shutering shoring and packing cavities wherever required,bailing/pumping out water from any depth if required and getting out the excavated soil and then returing the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each layer by watering,ramming etc and stacking of surplus excavated earth with initial lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m including breaking clods,watering ramming and sectioning of soil bank,etc complete as directed by engineer in charge partially mechanical and partially manual means

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:5:10(1cement:5finesnad:10graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying RCC of design mix M20 to proper gradience,lines and levels,machine mixed mechanically vibrated excluding cost of centering and shuttering,reinforcement,curing etc complete including cost of conveyence,lead lift of all materilals labour etc for drainage bottom and sides etc as directed by engineer in charge 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5coarse sand(zone III):3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level Hot rolled deformed bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for all heights;Walls ( any thickness)including attached pilasters,butteresses,plinth and string courses etc

Part III Culverts For Drains

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for all heights;Walls ( any thickness)including attached pilasters,butteresses,plinth and string courses etc

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening ,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level Hot rolled deformed bars

Providing and applying cement plastering with cm 1;3 ( 1cement:3fine sand) 15mm thick in one coat including a flushing coat of [email protected]/Sqm including mixing of approved quality water proofing compound (as per manufactures specifications or Engineers direction but rxcluding cost of water proofing compound ) for all surfaces including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour,curing etc but including cost of cement as directed by Engineer in charge at all levels

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 20mm nominal size) up to plinth level with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6coarse sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 fine sand)
