1. This work order is issued for 100%OF Cy-1/3 Consumer Meter reading work,

where 100%OF Cy-1/3 Consumer meter reading work should be carried out

by Meter reading agency. / work order is issued for 100%OF Cy-8 Consumer

SMART Meter bill distribution work , where 100%OF Cy-8 Consumers bill

distribution work should be carried out by bill distribution agency.

2. The evaluation for ranking purpose shall be carried out by comparing the

rates indicated under Column 5 of Schedule B i.e. (Total rate without GST per

consumer/bill) against each sub-division shall be considered.

3. As and when 100% smart meter will be Installed in any sub division, Meter

reading work will be stop without further Notice & only bill Distribution work

are carried out.

4. The Monthly consumers stipulated above are approximate. Payment shall be

made as per actual work Carried out.

5. As applicable GST will be paid extra.
