Drilling of 500mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kinds of soil including the cost of consumable stores, fuel oil and transportation of rig to site complete in all respect.

Drilling of 500 mm dia bore with Reverse Rotary Rig up to 150mtr. Depth BGL

1. Erection and dismantling of boaring plant including all arrangment for the transportation of the boaring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Plts for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell be arranged by the firm/ contractor at site at his own cost and levelled after the completion of work.

2. In payment of bore shall be made upto the bail plug plus margin(7 % of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whihever is less) required for sustaining the main bore.

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

Supplying, lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest with SS socket to connect Stainer to Strainer Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode. to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

Supplying, Fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel socket as per IS 8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore complete in all respect.

Supplying, lowering & fixing of M.S Special socket to connect S.S strainer to M.S pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect.

Making electric logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc. complete in all respects.

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mm X 6mm thick M.S bar complete in all respect

Supplying at site Wooden box of suitable size with Lid & locking arrangment for preserving strata sample collected from the bore.

Supplying at site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore.The gravel should be free from, dust,dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/2003 with latest amendments. (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Supplying of tibba sand/ local sand over packing & clay seal upto G.L. below pipe assembly & bore including carriage complete in all respect. (As per IS: 2800-2019)

Supplying and fixing sanitary seal having rubber tight on housing pipe complete in all respect. (IS:2800-2019)

Supplying of clay to provide impervious layer in below pipe assembly & bore above gravel packing all including carriage. (IS:2800-2019)

Collection of water sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory (Physical & chemical Analysis)

Supplying and fixing well cap having thread to fix on housing pipe complete in all respect.

Sterlization of Tubewell (As per IS:2800-2019)

Construction of One no. RCC OHSR 50000 ltr. Capacity with sill level not less 17.00 mtr. height upto 20.00 mtr. from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof , ventilator single main hole cover lightening conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No. 3. Providing and fixing D.I K-9 D/F expansion joints latest bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, conforming to ISI-13382 and C.I/D.I/D/F sluice valve duly ISI marked (IS-14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing inlet, outlet scour pipe and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes DI K-9 horizontally as per IS 8329-2000 and latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and stretches up to2.75 mtr. as per detail specification , TMT steel & painting of all complete shall be included in cost & P/F aluminium ledder inside the OHSR complete in all respect as per specifications. The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing ceiling preminum including providing and fixing automatic Electronic water level control device and construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe well with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling, including overflow scour haudi complete in all respects. ( including carrage of material of OHSR)

Providing Installing testing and commissioning and one no. electronically actuated, diaphragm operated, metering system, chemical dosing chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 leter of bleaching powder solution /sodium hypo solution per hrs under maximum deliver pressure upto 7kg/cm2 and suction left not less than 1.5 meter. Making lawns including ploughing & dragging with 'Sohaga' breaking of clods, removal of earth rubbish dressing & Supplying doob grass roots and planting at 15 cm. apart supplying and spreading of farm yard manure @0.18cum per 100sqm & loosening

Supplying and planting permanent trees including digging of pits size 75cm x 75cm x 75cm deep, refilling the excavated earth. With with manure supplied @ 0.113 4 cum each like Neem ,Ashoka ,Dake Arjun Etc.

Planting ground cover plants including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, Fertilizer and insecticides, planting of saplings at 30cm distance from plant to plant and row to row, providing and fixing brick tiles edging.

Planting flower beds including digging and refilling of beds with excavated soil and FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling at 30cm distance from plant to plant and row to row. Around pump chamber OHSR and both side of path.

Provision for One way stand post with Khurra complete in all respects.
