Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work for pipes up to all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with-in all leads & lifts as per directions of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing,Laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended MSERW pipes of following grade conforming to code IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent grade as per API specification having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below and capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe's ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site , tail pieces, tees,bends & other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes whereever required as per site requirement i/c carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by Engineer-Incharge. The pipe shall have's zinc coating inside & outside conforming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with up to date ammendments & shall be engraved with IS/ISO 3183-2007, grade "X-70". The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with up to date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge (Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately).

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of following dia. (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables conforming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to MSERW/GI pipes after every 90 metres or as per site requirement including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect i/c all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
