Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wals, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, each 10 mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall, finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern, in any shade or colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Gurrantee period shall be 5 years for exterior acrlyic emulsion paints.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine,washing down, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint by spray machine on new plastered surfce having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Materials and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete and PCC post for angle iron including cutting & shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conformingto Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. dia of neck exc.12mm but n.exc 20 mm length of bolt exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.
