Providing & Fixing DELUXE BENCH : Technical Specification: Providing & fixing Deluxe Benches made from G.I. Perforated sheet and GI Pipes of ISI mark ‘C’ Class Heavy Duty quality of approved make i.e. Tata, Siddharth, Surya, Zenith, Swastik, Appolo or equivalent. The main frame shall be have 25mm NB Pipe GI Pipe with support 15 NB GI Pipe for Top & Bottom. Main frame supports Leg Pipe shall be of 15 NB GI Pipe. The seat is made up to 1.5 mm thick GI Perforated sheet with hole size 5mm & Pitch 18mm Approx. It shall be Properly Bended, fitted i.e. welded or rebated properly on main frame Pipe with the support of M.S. angles of 35x35x5mm thick 5 Nos. This will give proper support & shape maximum comfort to the body. The Capacity of Bench shall be minimum 3 Adults. The overall weight of bench shall be 40 kg approx. The height of bench is 1.0 mtr from G.L and area is 1.2m x Q.6m. The legs pipes are embedded in C.C.
