Renovation Of 225 KVA Transformer No.--01. The Job Includes the following:- Dismantling of complete transformer, removing of the HT connections leads and removing of top cover, oil tank, silica gel, breathers & cooling fins etc.
Lifting of core and coils with safe and sound conditions.
Cleaning the core and coils with hot oil vacuum machine & removing the moisture from the coils and core.
Cleaning the Transformer tank and removing the sludge and silt.
Tapping the connection leads with craft tape.
Replacement of 11 KV HT insulator Bushing
Replacement of 0.44 KV insulator Bushing
Addition of transformer oil
Dehydration of Complete transformer oil
Replacement of winding protection pad
Lowering the transformer core & coils with safe & sound conditions
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage.
Repairing of cooling fins. Brazing the fins for stopping the oil leakages.
Replacement of silica gel
Assembling of complete transformer & installation the same and testing on No load as well as on load with both side earthing.
Painting of complete transformer
