Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder Shall upload the Technical and Financial Proposal forms as per RFP

The interested consultancy firms shall furnish information in support of the required pre-qualification and experience to carry out the said services as per RFP.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Provided services of energy. efficiency in street light projects in any of the following capacities: Transaction Advisor/ Quality Consultant/Third Party Inspector/ any similar capacities (minimum 1 similar projects each project with consultancy value not less than 33,50,000/-. The services should be satisfactorily completed or completed 90% of ongoing work.

Work Done Certificate

Experience of working with Government/municipal bodies/ ULBS/ City Corporations in India (minimum 1 similar project).

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

A Registered company under the Companies Act 1956 and/or latest amendment thereafter. Copy of such Registration Certificate should be submitted along with the Bid document.

Others -- COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

Financial Status

Minimum annual turnover of 66.97 lakhs in any two years of the last 5 financial years (i.e. 2019-20 to Bid due date 2023-24).
