Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.
Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
12 mm cement plaster of mix :

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :
One or more coats on old work.
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length) .
Making arrangement of double scaffolding system for repair works etc. on the exterior side, up to four story height made of bamboos 1.5m centre to centre horizontal & vertical and M.S. challies for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened suitably with bracing, runners with essential safety features for the workmen etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Removing all vegetation/plantation and its roots from entire building of Type-IV block, at all height, including dismantling and repairing plaster and masonry including repair of surface with cemnet plaster 1:3 ( cement :3 sand) after applying chemical with name "ROUND UP" or equivilatant on the leaves of plants all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The rate includes cost of chemical, arrangement of necessary ladders upto required height & repair work if any. Scaffolding if required at any site shall be used only with the prior approval of the Engineer-in Charge and shall be paid for separately.) One Type-IV Block building shall be treated as One Job.
Reparing of chajja at all floor heights, after disamntling /removing of worn out concrete, cleaning of rusted steel, application of rust proof chemical on reinforcement and repair with cement mortar 1:3 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) or RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand:3 stone aggregate 10 mm size ) and finishing with cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse land) including making necessary arrangement for centering/shuttering and ladders for all floor height, all complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (Note: The scaffolding if required at any site shall be used only with the prior approval of the Engineer-in Charge and shall be paid for separately)
for chajja upto 1.50 mtr length
for chajja above 1.50 m length and upto 3.00 metre length
Repair of steel window and ventilater shutters by electric welding, replacement of necessary hinges, handles etc (if required) complete, i/c transportation of welding plant, scaffolding etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1. All Repair work for One Building Block of Type-IV requiring welding work shall be treated as one job.
2. The rates are inclusive of the cost of necessary scaffolding/ ladders etc all paraphernellia required upto all heights.
