Comprehensive integrated consultancy services for : 1. Preparation/ modification of master plan for semi developed/ undeveloped area with total campus are of 73 acres including external development works, Roads, boundary wall, Parking, Various MEP Service lines, Landscaping with green buildings provisions with GRIHA rating, Preparation of Architectural Drawings of 1400 bedded hostel building and classroom complex (G Plus 2) i/c services drawings like sewerage, Drainage etc. and E & M Services i/c internal and external electrical installations, HVAC firefighting, lift etc for permanent campus of IIM Bodhgaya, Bihar Phase-II. 2. Preparation of completed Master plan including external development works for area of 5 Acres with Roads, Entrances, Gates, Parking , Nursery, Landscaping of entire campus with green buildings provisions with GRIHA rating, preparation of Architectural drawings i/c services drawing like sewerage, Drainage etc and E& M services i/c internal and extrnal etc.
