Taking down chowkats or frames, exc 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white / colour sliding window, area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners including necessary Hardware like Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. (ii) Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.)

S & F 5.00 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in two layers (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as ecommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed (Note : (i) After drying of primer coat, surface shall be sanded with zero-grade abrasive paper, ensuring primer is not rubbed off. Surface shall be dusted clean. Emulsion paint shall be applied in accordance with manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Rate to include scaffolding and all safety measures at site. ).

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of brick-work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over two mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar control film , 50 micron thick, reflective type, sticked to glass pane as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design / pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (jet black colour) tiles machine cut as in in skirting / dado jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing with and including backing coat of mortar 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone, gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old 80 mm thick iterlocking tiles retrived from Dismantling stone slab item (catered here-in-before) over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, walls and retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pillasters, buttresses, columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and painting of concrete floor surface by providing and applying floor coating over existing concrete floor including complete surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush / mechanical means to remove dust, dirt, grease, loose particles and laitenance, repairing minor cracks if any, applying one coat of approved primer suitable for concrete surface and compatible with floor paint, followed by two coats of approved epoxy / polyurethane / acrylic floor paint of approved make and shade including supply of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, safety measure and all incidental charges to complete the work in all respect as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.
