Providing services of one AC mechanic for central AC plants from 0600 hours to 2200 hours in Two shifts per day as per users requirement during summer/ monsoon/ winter and maintain the inside temperature and RH as per design and/ or the requirement of users (where air conditioning have been provided) including carrying out of periodical check up and cleaning complete all as specified for the following plants:- Central AC plant installed at ALDR Garuda (Chilled Water Type)(excluding Sunday/holidays) (i) 20X2 =40 TR capacity (In operation) (ii) 20X1 =20 TR capacity (As standby)

Ditto All as per Item No 2, but for installations installed at UAV Squadron Garuda (excluding Sunday/holidays) (i) 16X2 =32 TR capacity (In operation) (ii) 16 X1=16 TR capacity (As Stand by)

Notes for Item No 1 to 3: (i) Minor complaints shall be done through Ac plant operator of respective central AC Plant Tripping i.e. strainer blockage, dries chock, solenoid failures, valves failure, water level maintain in CTs etc shall be included in above quoted rate. (ii) Operators employed for duties from 0600 hours to 2200 hours inTWO shifts per day ,duties on excluding sunday and holidays and and the Shift operator having ITI/ITC pass in Refrigeration Mechanic trade from any Govt recognised college/institutions and having min 2 years experience in AC plant operations. (iii) Contractor shall be include the cost/expense in unit rate for providing the protecting cloths, tools, computer,& consumables and shift uniform for operator on deployed work. (iv) Certificate of Technical education qualification for the employing person shall be procured before assigning the job. (v) The operator should be filling of daily log sheets and deposit monthly, Log books shall be provided by contractor for entire duration of CA. (vi) Security of entire AC plants area shall be rest with contractor to ensure that no other person should be entered without permission of JE/EIC/GE. (vii) All necessary tools should be available with contractor, Contractor ensure cleaning of installation and Ac plant premises internal and external including roof top of building are deemed to be inclusive details of minimum staffs to be employed. (viii) Unit rate shall be deemed to be including all type of taxes, contribution towards social welfare of workers as per labour act i.e. EPF,ESIC,Insurance etc necessary documents shall be provide before claiming if any payments.

All as per item No 2 above but in 1 shift and operation as per user requirement.(0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) Central AC plant installed at SH No 27/29 MO(K) (DX Type) (i) 40X2 =80 TR capacity (In operation) (excluding Sunday/holidays)

M & L for Monthly servicing including taking out complete air filters from sealing suspended type AHU carefully and cleaning, including arrangement of scaffolding/ladder for removing dust by using pressure water, greasing shaft and bearings, alignment of blower motor, tightening of blower V belt and refixing filters after drying all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-Replacement of Air Filter shall be responsibility of contractor if damage occurs while removing or refixing.

M & L for Monthly Servicing to the indoor unit Fan Coil Unit clean with mild Air blower in the coil side including arrangement of scaffolding/ladder for remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place , check the drainage water/chilled water pipelines, rectify if any leakage found and provide service to the printed circuit board also, all as specified and directed Make: Zeco

M & L for Monthly servicing to the outdoor unit and indoor unit of Precision air conditioning system, cleaning of filters & condenser by using pressure water, clean with mild Air blower in the cooling coil side and servicing the entire unit including repairing, maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, check gas leakage and rectified if any all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. M & L for dismantling of defective condenser/chiller pump motor capacity up to and including 5 HP after disconnecting electric connection from foundation, removing defective bearing, gland bush,heating,insulating and baking of existing motor winding, replacement of bearing, gland bush,gaskets,gland packing, nut and bolt, assembling, refitting and decommissioning including refixing of all electrical connections, testing of RPM by using digital Tachometer after repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item no 8 but for capacity above 5 HP and upto 7.5 HP

M & L for dismantling of defective CT fan motor of capacity upto 3 HP including disconnecting electric connection, fan blade and burnt motor opening, burnt coil removing , cleaning , rewinding with Super Enameled copper wire of existing size , insulating , varnishing , heating , baking , re assembling , replacement of motor bearing of existing size including transportation from existing location to workshop and back, refixing of electrical connections , testing of RPM by using digital Tachometer after repair , refixing of fan bush ,and balancing of fan, re-commissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Checking of existing condition of air ducts making the arrangement of visualization and the process for disinfection for Indoor air quality of AC ducts of OT including plenum box, supply air, return air ducts with robotic camera, HEPA Negative machine, air compressor, various types of air nozzles at OT’s of capacity 70 TR and length shall be 25 M of duct size 1.5 metre x .5 metre depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cleaning of Operation Theater of - 3 nos with 100 % Fresh Air type AHU cooling coil by using Bio Enzyme coil cleaner, pressure jet pump so as to improve heat transfer and avoid fungus formations appx room sizes 8 mtr x 8 mtrx 4 mtr as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L Sanitization of ducts by using fogging machine, Bio-cides so as to avoid fungal/Bacterial formation inside the ducts of having size approx length 25 Mtr x 1.2 Mtr (b) x 0.5 Mtr (d) including 02 Nos of AHU room with blower motor, cooling coil by using with permissible chemicals complete all a s specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plastic mesh heavy duty, mesh size 10 mm X 10mm for cooling tower with necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and as directed by EIC

Supply Fabricate and fixing AC Plant layout diagram, showing compressor/motor, condenser, liquid line, discharge/suction line, including all safety valves, cooling tower, from LT Panel to AHU in 3mm thick white Acrylic sheet of size 90cmx 60cm duly fixed on a superior quality plywood board and fixed on wall all as specified and as directed.

Supply Fabricate and fixing Name index board of AC plant having size of 1.2 metre X0.6 metre X 5mm thick including writing letters on board as directed by Engineer-In-Charge with 0.25 mm thick white rubber coated vinyl sheet or synthetic vinyl sheet printed with computer/scotch inject printing with without ink and laminated with average 15 mm thick high quality weather protected calendar film (coated/laminated and transparent/mat finish) pasted with chemical on and including polycarbonate PVC weather protected milky white/transparent sheet and finally thorough washed with liquid detergent soap complete board to be fixed on wall including cost of all materials used and all as specified and directed. Note: Letter sizes shall be taken approval of EIC before the manufacturing the name boards.

Supply and fixing of cooling tower fan blade upto capacity 30 TR suitable in existing CT fan hub with suitable length (appx 300mm to 450 mm) and size with aluminum alloy material with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cooling tower fan blade capacity 35TR to 100 TR suitable in existing CT fan hub with suitable length (appx 300mm to 450 mm) and size with aluminum alloy material with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
