Price Schedule : Part A – Design Build etc. work for construction of 125 KLD SeTP

Design, development, supply of equipment, erection of equipment, civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation control works, including testing, commissioning of 125 KLD SeTP in Rudrapur to treat the raw septage upto the standard mentioned in bid document. PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Single line Diagrams, Control Philosophy & Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems, Drawings and datasheets including PLC and SCADA, Ancillary Works and Non-Technology Structural Drawings including roads and drainage and compound wall bypass + treated effluent disposal arrangement like pipe line etc. RCC drain, external electrification plans, As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets). Duration : 15 months construction + 3 months Trial run. Break-up of works of item No. 1.01 as follows :-

Civil and Structural Works: Construction of 125 KLD SeTP Includes all civil works such as Site Development & Infrastructure Works including site Cleaning / Grading / Levelling and Reclamation, compound Wall with Gates, Roads & green cover along boundary wall, bypass + treated effluent pipe, Internal Roads & Pathways, Internal Sewer Network and Internal Storm Water Drains, Landscaping and Gardening, Piping & Valves, all Liquid Retaining Structures (Such as receiving chamber coarse and fine screen channels, grit chambers) and other liquid retaining as required in treatment technology proposed by bidder and as specified in bid document). It also includes others various Buildings / Sheds such as administration cum MCC and Control Building, building for E&M equipment as per norms / practice and sample testing laboratory complete with equipments etc. disposal of bypass sewage to Begul river, reuse / disposal of treated effluent to Begul river, piping between different units of SeTP complete in all respect.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL & INSTRUMENTAL WORKS :- Installation, testing and commissioning of Electro - mechanical and instrumentation equipment and accessories as specified in bid document

Price Schedule : Part B - Annual O & M Prices of 125 KLD SeTP except Electricity and Fuel charges. The cost included herein are the yearly cost for plant Operation & maintenance including Fixed Cost (Cost of Manpower to be deployed, General Maintenance of Civil Structures, preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical equipment, Electrical items, Field & Laboratory Instruments, Supply of Laboratory Chemicals / Glassware / Consumable / Spares etc.) and Variable Cost (Including cost of Chemicals & Disposal of Plant Residuals viz. Screenings, Grits, Dewatered Sludge, etc)
