Demolition of brick masonry built in cm incl quoins arches pillars etc.complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete, unreinforced in ground floors and paving and not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete, reinforced in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW /reinforced/CI /PVC etc)) of 150/100 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, incl necessary earth work, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (40mm gradede aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick walls incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in cm (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia of securing with clips.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch chhanel and making good benching for and forming branch chhanel (1/2 round 3/4section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch chhanel and making good benching for and forming branch chhanel (1/2 round 3/4section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 100 mm dia of pipe all as specified and as directed.

Opening of manhole covers, taking out sludge from septic tanks, inspection chambers, man holes & septik tank etc. manually or mechanically , of any depth, burrying in nearby pit, distance not exc 50 m including necessary earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning sewage lines, carefully by rodding manually or mechanically between two inspection chambers, manholes or septic tank,dia of pipe is 100 /150 mm bore sewer lines all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage in WCs traps,floor traps,gully traps and CI/PVC pipes fixed vertically with wall / floor up to Ist MH/Chamber etc.manualy by washing out blocked sludge etc. all as specified and directed.
