Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT Cable and stay assembly and in other situation not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HVP, type-1 with peak, size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as coping to poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as coping to poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick laid perpendicular to the cable for protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) conforming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole, starting with black strip, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operater triple switch (GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carried and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supplying and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 1.1 KV earthed system, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 80mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 50mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cross arms, clamps, bracing, etc. of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers and cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if required complete and material and labour for new cross arm bracing supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing material and provision of new earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm dia wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. Notes for item No 19 & 20 :- (i) The unit rate shall also included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete, specified on Sl Page No 389 of SSR Part-II.(ii) Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.(iv) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2 ohm the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage tapping range + 7.5% with tappings at every 2.5 % all as per IS 1180-2014 with Latest Amendment no . 1,2,3 & 4 of EEL -2 for Transformer manufacturring and Testing, Energy Efficiency Level - 2 of capacity 250 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nut`s and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Earthing arrangement. (k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Oil drain valve. (n) Lifting hook. (o) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (p) Air relief valve plug. (q) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (r) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (s) Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. Note :- The transformer should be Energy Efficiency Level - 2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the trasformer.

Supply and fixing of LT feeder pillar panel size 2.0 metre x1.5 metre x 0.80 metre with out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and rear openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves,link spreader provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge/GE before placing of order. (iv) The bus bar of all out going MCCB should be provided to connect 03 Nos of LT cable UG cable 4 core 1100Volts. (v) MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (vi) The outgoing MCCB should be marked with nameplate showing connections to Adm building/ warehouses/ Guest rooms etc (vi) Additional busbar should be provided from each outgoing MCCBs to connect the outgoing cables. (vii) WTI and OTI should be provided.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit , LT 1.1 KV, earthed system, (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core 1.1 KV grade earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique or boring by mannual and necessary machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator showing "MES HT UG 11KV" and route of cable with arrow (should be embossed or engraved) made of RCC in suitable shape and fixed in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate including bricks works and excavation, size of route indicator 60cm x 30cmx 10cm, 30cm below ground level and 30cm above ground level to show clear indication of cable including painting the complete slab with red paint and making the engraved/embossed letters/arrow with white paint complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully including disconnecting electrical connections and refixing of existing transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA from Pole mounting to plinth mounting and further installation on new plinth mounting, testing and commisioning of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4 / 5mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of mesh size as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO and same shall be convened by GE during execution of work.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but lenth of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long and diameter of neck 10mm and over complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel rounded bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
