Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting width and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels as shown in the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete according to the MORD Technical Specification Section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful material such as stones shungle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 2954.97 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of all other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement, including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawings, including spreading the embankment material with motor –Grader in successive layers of 200mm (two hundred millimeter) uniform thickness, and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) Tonne static weight to meet the requirements of table 300.1 & 300.2 as per MORD technical specification section 300,1600 and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and erecting direction and place identification semi-reflective sign boards upto 0.90 sqm (zero point nine zero) square metre size board, as per IRC-67 made of 2mm (two millimeter) thick MS sheets duly stove enamelled paint in white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 70mm (seventy millimetre) width and required message, letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701 of MORD for rural roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG (forty seven into forty seven millimetre of tewlve standard wire gauge) sheet square tube of 3050mm (three thousand fifty millimetre) height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimetre into five millimetre) mild steel flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade (M-fifteen grade) cement concrete 450x450x600mm (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimeter) , 600mm ( six hundred millimeter) below ground level as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1700, including painting angle iron post with primes and two coats of Epoxy paint as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete Boundary pillar/Guard stone of standard design as per IRC:25 fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 1700 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government
