M&L replacement of unserviceable hermatic sealed compressor of Refrigerator 310/285 Ltr, Capacity with fresh new uncut sealed compressor with suitable relay and over load with new sealed unit as per the company scheme supplied by the manufacturer including flushing out system, checking and rectification of leakage, gas charging and testing after completion of work at MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation, fitting etc complete with necessary guarantee period for replacement as per company terms and conditions. (ii) The new unit will be purchased from authorized dealers only.

Supply and charging of freon gas R-134/R-12/R-22 for refrigerator,deep freezer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F door gasket of best quality suitable for up to 286 litres capacity refrigerator complete including taking down old un-serviceable door gasket as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F door handle of best quality suitable for up to 286 litres capacity refrigerator complete including taking down old un-serviceable damaged door handle as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only time delay relay 500 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only over load relay 25-40 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L servicing/overhauling to Tower type Ac unit capacity 2.0 Ton including painting to outer cover and components with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour as directed complete including following:- (a) Cleaning and descaling of condensing unit and cooling coil with caustic soda mixed water and air blower and taking out all dirt/sludge etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Greasing/oiling of blower fan motor. (c) Charing the gas as required to fullfil the rated cooling effect. (d) Change the defective parts of AC line condensor fan motor, fan belt, blower/relay/PCB card/thermostat/copper pipe/heating assembly/ capacitor etc., if change during servicing then same shall be paid as supply only.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable cut sealed compressor of Tower type Acs 2.0 TR capacity with new uncut sealed hermetically compressor unit supplied by the manufacturer complete including wiring as required to unit with flushing out system checking and rectification of leakage, gas charging complete and testing after completion of work at MES store yard for satisfactory functioning. Note:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation, fitting etc complete with necessary guarantee period as per company terms & conditions. (ii) The new compressor unit will be purchased from authorized dealers only as per existing make and model

S&F in repairs PCB card for split type AC of capacity 2 TR in Tower type AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs copper pipe of size 1/4" from outdoor unit to indoor unit including soldering and brazing complete all as specified and directed.
