Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50metres lead :

Thickness above 25 mm up to 40 mm

Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking :

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (a) Granite stone slab all colour and texture except black, Cherry/ Ruby red

Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:

(a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design.

(b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items.

The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approvedshop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Credit for rusted / deformed unserviceable broken or declared as unusable material obtained from dismantling.

Old Aluminium cutpiece or bent up, waste members of partitions

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet shutters, without frame, Welding the sheet to the perpheral frame of shutter and at lock rail with 25 mm MS tubes of medium weight and two additional bracings in top and bottom panels with 25x5 mm flats, welding of locking aldrop 200 x 10 mm and 75 mm Handles, SS hinges 100 mm including applying a priming coat and painting. The item includes fabrication at Work shop and transporting to site including loading and unloading and lifting at second floor level at site and fixing in existing frames all complete.

Fixing Reinforcement bars in the exisiting RCC surface at site by drilling holes upto 20mm dia, 150 mm deep and fixing avaiable reinforcement bars with Fischer or Hilty make chemical pressure gun, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Extra for lifting All construction material above floor five level from ground level and working in the office hour rush in the dencely occupied building.

Refixing available Aluminium partition or door window members/sections with avialable particle board/glass panelling available at site (in the same premises) for fixed or openable door window as per direction of Engineer in charge. New Rubber beading for fixing glass is included. Trasportation of any section/member from other site shall be paid separately.

Supplying and fixing a set of openable louvers of 0.50M length in the fixed vertical aluminium section for providing glass louvers as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing upto 600 mm long, up to 100 mm wide, 4 mm thick froasted glass in louvered ventilators at site as per direction of engineer in charge.
