REPAIRS CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK/SOAKAGE WELL, REPAIRS OF PATH, HARDSTANDING, CULVERT, FENCING AND PERIODICAL SERVICE OF CERTAIN BUILDING AT BORARUPAK MIL STN UNDER GE 872 EWS

M & L for Opening the cover and cleaning of septic tanks, sumps, manholes etc of any capacity (of depth n.exc 1.5m), by dewatering foul water and taking out night soil, excreta, sludge, etc by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facitlity with Sludge Tank (Minimum 2000 Litre capacity) as required to keep complete Sewage System functional and to avoid any over flowing including removal and disposal of pumped out Sewage water, sludges etc in any form or any other materials etc to outside of MD land to a distanceexc 500m to n.exc 1.0 Km, burried underground (minimum 45 cm covered with soil over two layer of bamboo matting without manitaining any gap) including sprinkling bleaching powder @ not less than 0.50 Kg/Sqm on deposit sludge at earth pit and as ordered by the Engr-in-Charge to keep the whole station area pollution free including necessary excavation and earthwork in soft/loose soil for pits, returning, filling in and dressing of surplus soil around to slope as required including refixing the cover in position and cleaning the eitre area and making good damaged portion (if any) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Depth of sludge shall only be measured for volume. (ii) The item is measurable/operative only ONCE during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be carried out the same without any extra cost to the Govt, (iii) Each trip of tanker to be taken outside of MD land in presence of concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The cost of bleaching powder, bamboo matting, all necessary earth work, T & P etc as required for cleaning and removal of sludge shall demmed to be included in the unit quoted rate )

All as per Serial Item No. 64 Above but depth of septic tank exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m complete ditto

M & L for Cleaning of sewage lines 100/110 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Cleaning of sewage lines 150/160 mm bore by rodding from Man holes to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manholes, inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the sewage line to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Cleaning the blockage in the WC/floor trap/nahani trap etc completely to enable the sewage to flow freely to the next gully trap/manholes, removing the sludge and other materials from the Manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes out side MD land and cleaning the complete area including making good any damages gully trap complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

M & L for Opening the cover and Cleaning of Manholes of any depth n.exc 0.5m and of any size by pumping out the sewage water completely inluding disposing off sludge and other materials obtained from the manholes to a distance outside MD land, burried under ground (minimum 45 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.50 kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The item is measurable upto thrice during the entire contract period. Any additional cleaning if required, contractor shall be liable to clean the same without any extra cost to the Govt.)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater/soil/waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed
