Supply of brand new open well submersible pump set of ISI marked, KWA approved make, having a head of 80 M and discharge 430 lpm. Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty cast iron double flanged sluice valve and reflex valve PN 1.6 for the above pump set and supplying pressure meter floor mounting type MS fabricated cubicl panel board with capacity switches inter locking arrangements ,copper busbar distribution,cubicle type TPN switches etc
and other equipments and fitting confirming to IE rules suitable for above motors.Panel board having capacity to operating 2 motors of same capacity, Supplying PVC insulated single core copper cable cable termination materials such as cable socket cable box etc as per IE/KSEI/KSEB specefications. and earthing materials,good quality power capacitor of reputed make with ISI mark for the motor to maintine power factor more than 0.9. .
Fabricating and connecting the delivery pipe of required size with Y connections and necessary joints made out of suitable size MS pipe in length with required flange joint and seating on support as per the site condition. Supplying colomn pipe and delivery pipe for connecting existing delivery line required length and size as per site condition. including all civil work as directed.
Supply of fully automatic starter with all protection supplying of isolated size cable with all termination required of best quality ISI marked panel board from isolator to starter, starter to motor isolator including necessary cabling through suitable PVC conduit cable tays termination cable gland etc.. conforming to IE ules .and trail run etc complete.as directed.
Providing electrical wiring inside the pumphouse such as light point,plug point ceiling fan 1 no. light 2 no,including document preperation and taking electric connection from KSEB etc according to KSEB standard complete as directed.
Discharge : 430 lpm Head :80 m.
