OD108945/2025-2026:Supply, Conveyance, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Silent type Diesel Generating set as per CPCB IV+ norms having power rating of 320KVA as per the technical details given below :-A)Diesel Engine a. Make of Diesel Engine : As specified in the List of Materials b. Type of Engine : 4 stroke Diesel Engine c. No. of Cylinders : Suitable to develop the required BHP as per manufacturers standard d. Method of Cooling: Water Cooling (with radiator) e. Aspiration : Turbo charged f. Design : Suitable for generator set application g. Output : BHP ratings specified by the respective manufacturers capable of delivering the required power for alternator. B). Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a. Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (Close coupled arrangement) b. Air Cleaner c. Coolant Kit d. Fuel Pump e. Electronic governor of class A1 with solid state potentiometer accepting digital pulse input from PLC(backed with mechanical governor supplied as standard with the set by the manufacturer) f. Fuel filter g. Lubricating Oil filter h. Residential type exhaust silencer C) Engine mounted Instrument Panel a. Start-stop switch with key or button b. Lubrication oil temperature gauge c. Lubrication oil pressure gauge d.Water temperature gauge e. RPM Indicator with hour meter f. Battery charging indication and voltage indication g)Over speed indication h)low lubrication oil trip indication i) Engine runnung hours indication j) Fuel level D). Safety Controls for Engine a. Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b. Trip for high water temperature c. Providing necessary warning system and other safeties as contemplated in relevant IS d. Fuel shunt off facility at over speed. E. Fuel Pipe: Oil resistant flexible hoses 25mm dial or nearest size MS pipe as per manufacturers requirement for fuel line extension with regulator valve. F) Alternator a. Make : As Specified in the List of Materials . b. Type : Self exited and self regulated c. Capacity : 320 KVA d. System of Voltage : 3 phase, 415V e. Speed : 1500rpm f. Voltage regulation band : +1.00% of rated voltage g. Insulation : Class F/H h. AVR : self cooled ,self excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS 13364(Part2)/IS 4722/BS2613 i. IP rating of enclosure : IP 23 j. Waveform distortion : No load < 1.5%, non- distorting, balanced Linear load <5 Total harmonic factor : Better than 2% . The alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Routine tests as per relevant ISS shall be conducted and test reports of the same shall be furnished at the time of delivery. G). Fuel tank. Integral type fuel tank of adequate capacity H). Battery: Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacturers requirement. Connection between battery charger and batteries shall be provided with copper leads with lugs etc. I) Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc .J) Acoustic Enclosure with CPCB Norms : The DG set shall be supplied along with specially designed, company fabricated (to be fabricated in the same company from where the DG set is delivered) acoustic enclosure to meet the CPCB norms . Sufficient space and clearance shall be maintained inside the enclosure to have optimum serviceability. Air inlet louvers shall be designed in such a way as to operate the set at rated load even at 50 degree Celsius enclosure temperature. The enclosure shall be with UV resistant powder coating capable to withstand extreme environment. Hardware used shall be of only stainless steel make. Insulation material shall conform to IS 8183 specifications for better attenuation. K) Documents to be supplied. a. Engine manual. b. Spares parts book c. Warranty certificate d. Alternator manual & test certificate ,1 set control wiring drawing L).Base frame & Foundation :Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer and as per the direction of the departmental officials. M).Testing and Commissioning: The DG set shall be tested as per relevant IS standards. Block load testing shall also be conducted. The DG should have capacity to withstand blocked load of at least 55%.Droop characteristics shall also be tested and adjusted for enabling parallel operation. The load required for testing shall be made available at site by the selected agency at his own expenses. N). During defect liability period ,periodical checkup & services as per manufacturers recommendation and repair shall be arranged and any spare/component which require replacement /repair shall be done immediately at free of cost O) Standard control panel as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate requirements, with suitably rated MCCB having adjustable settings and accessories such as Multi function meter and separate Energy meter etc. Full protection against battery overcharging & reverse polarity. Over voltage, overload & short circuit protection, reverse battery protection etc P) The AMF panel:AMF panel shall be of DG set OEM make fabricated as a separate unit with 2 mm CRCA sheet powder coated after seven tank process with base frame using 75x40 mm ISMC have sufficient space for glanding /clamping cables, contactors rated for 320 KVA DG & 400 KVA USS including supply and providing 2Nos 630A 35 kA 4 pole MCCB having adjustable setting , Spreaders ,Rotating handle kit, AMF relay, earth fault relay module with CT , selector switch for Auto/manual/Test/Off operation including all necessary auxiliary contactors & control wiring , push button, indicators etc and supply and installation of separate Push button station in suitable position.

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.3.5 core 300 sq mm

OD175548/2023-2024:Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. 2.5 sqmm 6 core PVC/ XLPE insulated armoured control cables with copper conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 V conforming to IS 1554 part I 1988 for PVC and IS 7098 Part I for XLPE grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.
