Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Fixing/laying only PCC cable cover any size for cable protection in trenches retrieved from item no here in below complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 100 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection

Labour only for taking down XLPE cable any size/type complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation and eartyh work measured and paid seperately

Supply and laying,jointing & testing in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volt grade laid in trenches,ducts,drawn through pipes across the road/path/along poles/floors/equipment etc of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 70 to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE 1.1 KV LT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 120 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE 1.1 KV LT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable end termination joint 95 to 180 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE 1.1 KV LT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/piope or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip .

M&L for removing LT/HT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and restretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag,binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the LT/HT overhead line after completion as directed.(Note: Three/four runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

M&L for repairing coping of pole with Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping padestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing foundation/support of steel tubular pole with Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straining properly on insulators with and including aluminium tape/winding wire, clamps & jumpers etc. complete all as specified. Note : 3% for sag shall be added in measurement .

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacing LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two gavanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacing Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator working voltage 1100 volt, height 75 mm and dia 90mm including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, of size

S&F in repair stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 and diameter of stay rod 16 mm complete including loop type insulator,stay clamps,excavation and concrete all as specifed and directed at site . Note : Excavation and earthwork measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for replacement of Neon indicator lamp RYB set of three complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for changing the locks and refixing the doors of LT panels by welding and painting the outer surface of panel complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting from circuit/bus bar LT and taking out cables for extension of loop/passing through pipe reconnection with circuit and tightening of connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing G I tubing 40 mm dia light grade galvanised with all fittting and fixed fix on wall ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and direceted at site .

M&L for replacing 3 core copper flexible cable 2.5 sqmm PVC un-sheathed FRLS complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole upto 11 mtr length incl MS clamp , bracket, cross arms with two coat of alumnium paint after preparation of old painted surface and applying metallic primer , providing 03 nos alternative strip of 30 cm wide with black and yellow super quality enamel paint above embedded level and writing pole nos with 02 inch wide letter complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No : Necessary electric shutt down will be taken from the Dpt before commencing the work .

M&L in replacing LT line seperator made of PVC 4 line complete with screws, bolts , nuts all as specified and direted.

Supply installing, testing and commissioning of Bus bar junction box panel outdoor of size .75x.6x.3 Mtr kiosk type factory made of angle iron 65mmx 65mmx 6mm on all side welded to 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer compartment and 2.0 mm thick for inner compartment with openable shutteron both sides ( front and rear) , having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof outdoor spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz with Aluminium bas bar of capacity 400 Amps AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted with following accessories all as specified and directed by the Engr-in Charge. (Note:- Bus bar junction box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item & width of the panel not less than 75 cm) . Note:- Drg of bus bar junction box panel shall got approved before execution at site.

Taking out the LT 430 Volt metalclad Air circuit breaker of capacity 800 A, 430 volts,3 ph, 50 Hz, 100 KA of any make and type from the cubical panel, for repairs/overhauling and servicing including replacement of wornout parts comprising the following works. Make - Schneider electric

(a) Removing the complete fixed contacts, moving contacts, cleaninig the contacts,removing the fittings and fixing back to the breakers after adjusting the pressure

(b) Checking spring tension relay of the breaker, lubricate and align properly for smooth and perfect operation

(c) check and service the operating mechanism closing mechanism, and tripping mechanism including spring pressure, position etc

(d) checking, setting of the movement of the trolly of breaker lubricate it adjust the stopper bolt/lever for proper functioning of the breaker

(e) check the auxilliary switch, shunt trip assembly, closing / Trip solenoid, limit switch and complete contol wiring of the breaker and repair the same for effective functioning of the breaker

(f)Testing of IR value with the help of meggar and commissioning the HT vaccum circuit breaker all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Note:- ACB spares shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent item. However other than mentioned spares in this schedule if required for smooth functioning of ACB, cost of the spares deemed to be included in quoted rates. All the works on LT ACB shall be carried out by the OEM.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.
