Demolition of RCC flooring (reinforced) exc. 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) in foundation including rafts ,footing ,foundation beams , plinth beams, bases for columns etc., pile and mass, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or batter complete all as specified

M&L for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S & F framed work as in door and gate of angle or other section with gusset plates rail braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, fastening and fixing complete of Fe-410W (Gde-250) quality B, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of bedries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on on fair faces of brick work or concete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre paration of new plastered surface and appling two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as dircted.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as dircted.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ Rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n exc 0.18, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No.15.00 above but skirting/dado/vertical surfaces, including 1o mm thick 1:4 CM etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry provided in colured cement to match the coloured tiles all as specified and directed

M&L for Excavating over areas, loose / dense soil, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out, and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Excavation over area is required for removing undulation along the road].

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) not exc 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ENDURA out door tiles 300mmx300mm 10mm thick rubberised mould set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors etc., complete all as specified and directed. [Make :- H&R Johson, Brankd-Endura Russtone series]

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300cm x 300cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including cement screed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.
