PART- A : ELECTRICAL WORKS SUB HEAD- : 6 Nos. 11KV/415V Electrical Sub-stations and DG Sets Operation and maintenance of Complete 6 Nos. 11KV/415V Electrical Sub- Stations and 12 Nos. DG Sets including all switchgears and Sub-Stations Equipment’s i.e. 5 Nos Transformers of 1000 KVA, 2 Nos Transformers of 400 KVA, 1 Nos Transformers of 1600 KVA HT and LT Panels, HT and LT cables of entire campus, APFC panels, Control Panels, Ring-main Systems, Earthing systems, DC systems etc. (with periodically Service/maintenance of Transformers/Circuit Breakers/DG Sets/other equipment’s of sub-stations should be done by the contractors as prescribed time-lines by the manufacturer should be done by the contractor through manufacturer) in three shifts for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with required Manpower’s i.e. Electrical engineers, Sub-station attendants, DG Operators etc. in all 11KV/415V, 6 Nos Electrical Sub-stations and 12 Nos DG Sets of SVSU. as per terms and conditions attached with accessories (11 Nos 900 Liter Oil Tanks), and 6 Nos Sub-stations complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in – charge of SVSU. The above works are to be carried out in the following Sub-stations and the rates of work will be quoted by Sub-Stations name/Building wise details of which are given below: -Details of Sub-stations including DG Set are as under: - * quote price for 01 Month

Part - C : IT Works and BMS System Operation and maintenance of Complete IT works i.e. LAN/Voice I/O, gang box, faceplate, patch cable (1,2,5,10,20 meters), PA System (Audio-Video at Auditorium and Conference Rooms), ceiling mounted speakers, Amplifier, HDMI matrix switcher, motorize floor box, Audio De-embedder, rack, connecting cables, Optical Fiber & Ethernet Cabling and Any other IT connectivity cabling, Access Controls System (card readers, card software, smart cards, magnet locks, Complete Auditorium including all equipment and devices and seminar halls in the auditorium block, day to day hardware/ network/ software/ telephone issue resolutions of users in the organization, CCTV System (Camera, NVR with storage, LED TV’s, PoE Switches etc.) and any other IT equipment or device installed in the SVSU with all days in a month with Required Manpower’s in all buildings/throughout campus of SVSU as per terms and conditions attached complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. Part - D : HVAC System SUB HEAD-: Complete HVAC/Split/Window ACs System

Operation of VRV/VRF Air-conditioning Systems with Controllers (with periodically service/maintenance of complete HVAC system to be done as prescribed timelines by the manufacturer should be done by the contractor through HVAC manufacturer/authorized partner) for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with including required Manpower i.e. RAC Technicians etc.Details as under: - 2243 HP / Make – DAIKIN

Compressive annual maintenance contract of 32HP VRV/VRF Air-conditioning Systems with Controllers (with all respect and CAMC of complete HVAC system to be done by the contractor through manufacturer through Voltas Ltd.) for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with including required Manpower i.e. RAC Technicians etc. Make: -– VOLTAS Installed at Construction Skill Academy (Master Plan Building No.27)

Part - E: Housekeeping and cleaning work of campus SUB HEAD-: Housekeeping and cleaning work of campus Providing Housekeeping services by engaging Housekeepers, Assistant Supervisors, Sewarmans, Supervisors to perform various services as per terms and conditions of agreement, Housekeeping facility will provide including all required machines, consumables items etc. for complete the housekeeping facility with all days in a month in all uildings/throughout campus of SVSU and as per terms and conditions attached complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. The Details of Area for Housekeeping facility are as under: - (i) Total Ground Covered area of SVSU campus: - 36488 Sq. meter. (ii) Total Buildings area of SVSU campus: - 127008 Sq. meter. (iii) Total Open area of SVSU campus: - 295354 Sq. meter. Note: - Place of all Buildings of SVSU campus has been given in the master plan of the SVSU campus which are attached in DNIT. Part - G: Solar System SUB HEAD-: Solar System

Operation, maintenance and cleaning of Solar Power Panels with solar inverters Systems with complete in all respect with all days in a month with required Manpower in all buildings/ throughout campus of SVSU complete to as per terms and conditions attached complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. Details as Under: - Total installed Solar System in Buildings 1670KWP Note: - Place of Buildings has been given in the master plan of the SVSU campus which are attached in DNIT.

Part - H: UPS System SUB HEAD-: UPS System Operation and maintenance of 3-phase Online UPS of – 4 nos. 10 KVA, 3 Nos. 20 KVA, 7 Nos. 30 KVA, 5 Nos. 40 KVA, 7 Nos. 50 KVA, Total 26 Nos UPS with Batteries installed in different buildings/throughout campus with complete in all respect with operation and maintain in all days in a month with required Manpower complete to as per terms and conditions attached complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. Make: - APC/EATON/PEGASUS/MITSUBISHI Note: - Details of Buildings has been given in the master plan of the campus which are attached in DNIT. The above works are to be carried out in the following Ratings UPS System with batteries and the rates of work will be quoted by Ratings of UPS system withbatteries details of which are given below: -

Part – I: Sewerage Treatment Plant Operation of Sewerage Treatment Plant of 800 KLD based on SBR technology with the following duty: Nature of sewage – Domestic sewage waste water shall be discharged into the STP, design to take consideration of same. with cost of consumables is included and as required and STP water based irrigation systems and dual piping for domestic flushing for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with required man powers to complete STP include periodic testing and metering log of input and output with the entire satisfaction and as per directions of engineer- in - charge. Note: - Details of STP equipment’s has been given in the Annexure-1.

Part-J: Water Supply System Operation and Running Maintenance of Complete Water Supply Works/system, pump house, Main Supply water tank with including all water tanks on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank/manual means in foundation trenches or drains IS: 12701 marked, with all water supply lines of throughout campus of SVSU for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with required Manpower’s to complete Water supply systems to as per terms and conditions attached complete to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. Part-K : Swimming Pool and Sports Facilities

Operation and running maintenance of Swimming pool of (50 X 25 meter) and installed equipment’s in Indoor/Outdoor stadium/gymnasium of SVSU for all days in a month including Sundays and holidays complete with required Manpower’s to complete all sports facilities to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer- in - charge. Note: - Details of Swimming pool equipment’s etc. has been given in the Annexure-4.
