Attending day to day faults, repairing and maintenance of outdoor type transformer substations and Rewinding of 25 KVA, 11KV/0.433KV oil cooled Transformers with associated works at various Telephone Exchanges and Mobile BTS sites under DHENKANAL BA

Attending to break down calls, physical inspection of Substation accessories, overhead lines, feeder panels, meter box etc. to find out the faults and taking corrective measures for restoration of power supply i/c rectification of minor faults such as replacement of pin/post insulators, jumper wires, LT side cable , LT side switch gears etc. if required any. (Materials are not in the scope of this item) ( BA Head quarter shall be considered as base station while determining the distance)

For sites distance up to and including 50 KMs

For sites distance above 50 KM and up to and including 100 KMs

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Division/Sub Division/Section offices/MRT office/E & MR office and field staff etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line/LT Line, breaking of meter seal if required to carry out the repairing and maintenance works of the Sub Station and re-energisation, testing etc. as required.

To carry out minor repairing works such as pin/post insulators, jumper wires, LT side cable , LT side switch gears etc.

To carry out major repairing works such as rewinding/ replacement/ repairing & overhauling of Transformer, AB switch, DO fuse unit, replacement of HT cable and its end terminations or any other major repairing works of the DP structure & associated overhead lines.

Cleaning of the substation yard i/c cutting of small trees, creepers and climber plants by arranging required manpower and tools and plant etc complete as required.

Thorough servicing of AB Switch, adjustment of bearings, male/female contacts, lubricating of moving items i/c replacement of minor defective parts like nuts, bolts, clamps, wire braided copper strips and checking the functional operation, etc. as required.

Dismantling of all existing old/damaged MS chanels, MS angle , MS Flat all structural items other than PSC pole by removing all MS bolts & fixing hard wares , using cutting machine/gas cutter for non wherever required , Keeping aside the recovered items for further disposal as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes Hot dipped Galvanised iron channel / angle /flat /V-cross arms with nuts , bolts and washers, etc. on DP structure / PSC pole Including cutting, welding, drilling holes, fabricating etc. as required. (Note:- The rate has been derived after deducting the scrap value of old MS channel/angles etc )
