Development of road with P Wall near H/O Ali Mohd Ahanger II. Development of road from Masjid Baba Lateef to Onwards with culvert near H/O Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat, under ADP (PRI) FY 2026-27, Panchayat Halqa Palhallan G, Block Pattan.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.

Providing/Laying Stone soling hand packed on level in foundation trenches incl all carraiges of material.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

20% Plum in 1:3:6 mix cement concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

12 mm cement sand plaster in 1:6 mix.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings,balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcment for R.C.C. work incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete.

Supply and laying of GSB/Khak Bajiri filling at site of required size including compaction with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne, lead and lifts and carriages complete job.

Supply spreading and laying of WBM G 2 with specified stone aggregate and binding material including sorting spreading to template and consoldiate with PRR of 8 to 10 tonne capactiy complete job - 63 - 45 mm.
