Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type 1:4:8 D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type 1:2:4 B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm thick in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., of Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type 1:3:6 C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar (1:6) on fair surfaces of brick or concrete work and finished even & fair without using extra cement on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for prepration of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.80 mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2.50 mm thick plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including ecuring with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note:- Eeach line of wire to be measured.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering and wall cladding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling in fillets,posts,rafters,purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20x20cmx25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc. 10 cms in width made with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type 1:4:8 D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete etc. and similar items, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plywood 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work in wall portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
