The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing of retroreflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm (One point five milimeter) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (Seventy five into Seventy five into Six milieter ) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 (M-Fifteen) grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm (Four hundred fifty into Four Hundred fifty into Six hundred , Six hundred milimeter) below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi royality Malkhana toll tax and other taxes imposed by the Government.
