PERIODICAL SERVICES TO JCO/OR MD ACCN INCLUDING KP QUARTERS UNDER AGE BR-II AT MIL STN YOL

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on walls with mechanical roller including wall care putty where required, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with mechanical roller over & including 2mm thick wall care putty on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of cement base paint on walls external surfaces with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/ down ward facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas /beams/columns/balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M & L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10 mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in Cm 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding for the work at a height upto 7.00 mtr etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated painted/plastered wall surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of exterior emulsion (acrylic emulsion paint) with mechanical roller including wall care putty where required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Exterior Painting work including complete removal of existing treatment till top surface of existing plaster or newly plastered surface and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required, making good/smooth the surface with wall putty and silicon additives, sanding these surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of waterproof primer on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified. Note: The above specification of work shall be executed only by applicator authorised of origininal paint manufacturer.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.
