(Drg No. FD-256, 259) (Note: The caning of chairs shall be carried only after finishing with painting all as required at site.)
M & L for repair to CHAIR VERANDAH by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable PVC seat and back from the chair and supply and fixing new PVC seat and back, 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP after providing flat iron of 20mm x 5mm support at centre of seat only by proper welding for support of PVC seat complete all as per the existing size and specifications, shown on drawing and as directed. M & L for repair to CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITHOUT ARM by Painting entire frame of the Chair with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved 1st quality after complete removal of existing paint and preparation of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth and make smooth by applying metal putty where required complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as specified. M & L for repair to CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITHOUT ARM by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable rusted mild steel flat from the chair carefully and S & F new mild steel flat of size 25x4mm, wlded beneath in between the width of the chair for support of seat, fixed by proper gas welding complete all as per the existing specifications, shown on drawing and as directed. (Drg No. FD-75(M))
M & L for repair to CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITHOUT ARM by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable seat from the frame of chair and supply and fix new seat frame made of 1st Class teak wood, duly polished in natural shade, duly plastic canned in Godrej pattern with 1st quality Virgin plastic cane not less than 2.0mm to 2.5mm width and 0.4 mm thick and borders with 4mm wide and 0.6 mm thick plastic cane and fixed with screws 4 Nos and nut bolts and washers of length 60- 65mm length to chair frame complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. M & L for repair to CHAIR STEEL WITH PLY TOP by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable seat from the frame of chair and supply and fix new seat made of 12mm thick plywood, BWR grade, size same as per the existing one and polished with two or more coats of french polish of approved brand after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.
