Disconnecting HT/LT Connection before Repair /servicing and testing of distribution transformer at site of capacity 63 KVA to 3.15MVA installed on Plinth / Pole mounted structure by opening top cover & replacing unserviceable spares / components of transformer ,without lifting core assembely reassembling after repair & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Rewinding of transformer HT/LT Coils shall be carried out from ISO certified 2008 Coy. (b) Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil, and replacement of unserviceable spares shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate Item of schedule however cost of renewal of Nut, bolts & washers shall deemed to be included in UNIT RATE QUOTED.

Supply and Fixing brass spindle on HT side as per existing size, shape and specification for capacity 63 to 400 KVA, 11/0.433 Volts transformers

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size up to 63 to 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size for 1000 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only breather for transformer of suitable size for 3.15 MVA transformer including taking out unserviceable breather complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only silica gel for breather of transformer of any type/capacity complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge.

Ditto but using copper earth Plate 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable PT complete Box Type- 005, 3 Phase, sta/star connection of 11 KV/110 volt all as per existing make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration Machine to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 45 to 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various substation all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (NOTE: (i)Transformer oil used for TOP UP shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filtration machine/ plant. (iii) Filtration shall be done at site when electricity supplies functional.

Supply & filling up of transformer oil conforming to IS -335 of 1993 as in topping up / replacement up to desired level of transformer oil capacity complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: Dielectric strength of oil should not be less than 42 KV/cm complete all as specified and directed.] (Make : GULF/POWER OIL or equivalent as approved by AGE)

Dismantling unserviceable Lightning Arresters with all fittings of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs GOD and Drop out fuse unit set 9/12 insulator type complete including replacement of all UNSV jumpers, aluminium lugs, nut bolts ,changing of U clips/Feeze clamp of horizontal/vertical clamps, applying greasing to exixting GOD and DO for smooth functioning including necessary adjustment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 33 KV VCBs (Make : ALSTOM) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and servicing the mechanical parts incl , replacement of UNSV Trip coil, Breaker charging motor ,Gear Panion, roller Switch, Big gear etc and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and ,make the VCB serviceable including making all electrical Connection and Testing ( IR Test, Continuity Test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current of panel ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The Spare parts of VCB panel are measured and paid saperately as supply only.
