Providing Box Entry Gate Arch (Purple Fest theme) at ESG Multiplex Car parking (Entrance and Exit), ESG Complex entry, Old GMC entry, Gate between Inox parking and Inox multiplex entry, Miramar beach, Panaji Gymkhana, Sanjay School, Gera School with Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at festival venues, Open Area or any other suitable location (Purple Fest theme) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. The installations should be compliant and accessible for photo-opp for person with disability as and where required

Customized Podium with masking, printing and branding (Purple Fest Theme). (Art Work to proposed by vendor) The locations of the podium will be finalized by organisers.

LOUNGES AT OLD GMC The lounge shall have 4 luxurious sofa sets in white leather finish with 3 wooden tea poys and glass top of size 3 ft x 1.5 feet and 2 six feet long wooden banquet tables with covers and Star Matt Flex Hoarding of Size 10ft X 8ft.-2 Nos. 5mm guage Grey carpet will need to be placed as a permanent fixture in the room.

Providing weather proof artistic canopy of height of 8ft to cover the area of width 23ft x 27ft open on 3 sides and one side to be branded with flex on frame A 22 feet registration counter partition will need to be placed in front at a height of 3.5 feet with proper arrangements for placement of laptops, printers and cards. 15amp/5amp (6nos) plug points to the counter, high speed pedestal fans (8 Nos)/ coolers and complete with lighting Along with grey colored carpet (with 1ft platform inside the enclosure). Providing Multipurpose Crossbody canvas bag with adjustable strap of suitable size which can accommodate the following items in the festival kit bag: a) A4 size paper material, b) Tab/ Mobile/ Books with Diary/Notepad and Pen with the Purple Fest branding.

Accreditation badge with plastic pouch: Size 5.5 *4, both side colored printing. Unique Barcode, name and photos on the front side. Data for printing like Name, photo, category, etc will be provided in excel format.

Providing artistic canopy/help desk of height of 8ft and width 10ft of suitable material with base as required to ensure stability and wind pressure, complete with lighting , Plug points, Fans/coolers Table, 2 chairs, interlocking arrangement and proper branding. Each canopy shall be of 3 mts in length. Total of 20 nos shall be provided with partition and suitable branding as per the overall theme. .
