Prepaing of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on Black top surfaces and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.9-1.2 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour WBM 7.5 cm thick compacted thickness with Granite, trap or Basalt type coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required complete all as specified.

Preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm complete all as specified.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.9-1 2 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) by mecanical paver, using binder contents 4% by weight of total mix, over primed surfaces of road using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), and compacted with vibratory power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete by mecanical paver, 30 mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (grade VG-30), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibratory power roller complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approvd colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactuers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 12:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.
