Cost of new M.S. round pipe of 60mm outer dia and thick 5mm for making the railing in the filter house and main gate of filter house. Total required pipe 1202 feet weight in 1 feet = 2.07kg. weight in 1202 feet. X 2.07kg. = 2488.14kg. wastage 10% = 248.81kg Total Weight with wastage (248.81kg + 2488.14kg.) = 2736.95kg.

Cost of new M.S. Squire pipe of 125mm X 125mm outer dia and thick 6mm for making the column for railing in the filter house and main gate of filter house. Total required pipe 160 feet weight in 1 feet = 6.83kg. weight in 160 feet. X 6.83kg. = 1092.8kg. wastage 10% = 109.28kg Total Weight with wastage (109.28kg + 1092.8kg.) = 1202.08kg.

Fabrication / supply of M.S. base plate in “L” shape of size 200mm x 350mm x 12mmwith 4nos holes of size 12mm at base plate for fixing of railing includes cutting, grinding, surface with machining.

Fabrication / supply of M.S. holding clamp with lock arrangement as per standard of railing with 4nos holes of size 12mm for fixing includes cutting, grinding, surface with machining.

Cost of fasteners with nuts and washer of size 12mm dia x 100mm long for grouting.

Drilling by hammer drill No of drills 2nos for each base plate. Drill of size of 12mm round x 100 mm long is to be drilled manually by expert with the help of hammer drill. Firstly the drill of small dia say 5mm dia is to be carefully drilled & then drill of 12mm dia is drilled with the help of hammer drill. This includes the cost of carbide drill other tools & tackles as per site requirement & expert manual labour etc.

Fixing of above M.S. base plate in “L” shape and M.S. holding clamp at proper level with strengthening by using of fasteners for fixing of railing including the cost of miner civil work & charge of manual labour.

Fixing of all vertical column M.S. Squire pipe of 125mm X 125mm on the fixed M.S. base plate in “L” shape one by one in vertical position on proper way by complete welding work including the job cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of edges.

Fixing of all MS horizontal pipe on vertical column M.S. Squire pipe for making the railing one by one in horizontal position on proper way by complete welding work and making the hole on both end of horizontal pipe for fixing in the holding clamp by using of nut bolts on the column pipe at proper level including the job cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of edges.

Painting and primer charges for complete executed work with enamel paint of required shade & color.

Transport charges for tools & tackles to & fro and new MS material from market to plant.
