M&L for a coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) manufactured by authorised manufacturer specified in particular spicification, laid as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete including taking down existing roof treatment the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign material by wire brushing, cleaning off surface and removal of spoil to a distance exc 500m complete all as specified and directed.. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacture as approved by GE.

M&L for Screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be measures and paid separaterly as supply only under respective item of this BOQ) etc complete all as directed.

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 1mm to 1.5 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering). Taking down existing broken portion of upward, dowanward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete reinforcement of any thickness and shape and surface area n. exc 0.50 Mtr wide repaired by providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with quick setting adhesive inclusive of all necessary reinforcement / mesh and other material including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly surface with application of one coat of primer, 1mm to 1.5 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m height and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering) . Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions, complete all as specified and directed Note- WPC will be measured and paid as supply only under respective items of this BOQ separetely.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiied and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and filling the same with sealing compound grade 'A' including necessary formwork etc and including demolition of existing old cement concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, three layered, ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-2009 including 20mm dia GI light grade washout pipe 50mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI light grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ball valve 15mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 gms fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ball valve 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 gms fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of any description exceeding 250 liters and not exceeding 500 Ltr capacity, seting aside (or loweing if required) cleaning and removing all Scale dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing with bleaching powder etc reconection and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and finishing the concrete even and smooth using extra cement including demolition of existing old cement concrete floors etc complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 {using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate} as in coping/benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work incl demolition of existing cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.
