REPLACING DAMAGED ROOFING SHEETS OF CHEMICAL STORE

Replacing the damaged AC sheets of roofing/cladding with 6 mm thick NON AC corrugated sheets (procured by contactor) conforming to IS 14871 of approved make (everest or equivalent), including cost of 8 mm dia GI bolts and nuts, GI and bitumen washers etc. including disposal of debrices at places pointed out any where within the company premises. etc.

Replacing the damaged AC ridge caping with 6 mm thick NON AC ridge of approved make including cost of 8 mm dia.GI bolts and nuts, GI and bitumen washers and disposal of debrices at places pointed out anywhere within the company premises etc.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural steel work for posts, trusses etc., with structural steel items, including supplying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope of drawing for trusses, purlins, louver brackets, runners, bracings, stair cases, platforms, hand rails,ladder, threaded sag rods, splices, etc. with M.S angles, ISBMBs, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes and plates including cutting, welding/ bolting, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer including supply of necessary MS bolts and nuts etc. complete. (Stuctural steels shall be VIZAG/ SAIL/ TISCO).

Providing and fixing colour coated Galvalume steel flashing/ Aprons of 600mm for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.50 mm or nearest available size thickness zinc aluminium coating of make JSW/ JINDAL / TATA, including the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Replacing the existing AC sheets by providing and fixing colour coated Galvalume steels with trapizoidal (trafford) profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.50 mm or nearest available size thickness zinc aluminium coating of both sides of make JSW/ JINDAL / TATA to suit purlins spacing, including removing the existing AC Sheets, the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to the existing purlins, at any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips / valleys of min width 60 cm overall width colured galvaume sheet of 0.50 mm or nearest available size thickness zinc aluminium coating of both sides of make JSW/ JINDAL / TATA fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch including dismantling and removing the existing AC ridges, cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Erection of steel tubular pipe scaffolding with platform for man movement on different elevations at various plant area, including supply of materials for scaffolding, platform and tools & tackles, labour and supervisor on M3 basis and dismantling the same as per scope of workand instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. The scaffolding shall be laid as per instruction mannual for standard scaffoldings.

Providing and fixing fall arrest double layered safety net with 2.5mm braided mesh polypropylene rope with 30mm square mesh and 12mm border rope along with overlay net at all heights as required and removing the same after completion of work. Rate is inclusive of charges of providing and fixing temporary lifeline.

Dismantling and removing carefully the existing brick masonry in cement mortar at all levels and conveying and depositing the debrices anywhere within the the company premises and stacking the serviceable material at places pointed out within a distance of 150 m.

Providing & fixing fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers including dismatling the existing AC sheets.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified, mathing the profile with the other layer of sheets nearby.
