Dismantling of sluice valve 450 mm and 200 mm dia existing system from interconnection line with the help of manual labour i/c taking out sluice valve 450 mm and 200 mm dia from the line by manual labour by complying all safety measures to avoid any accident at site. The job also includes closing sluice valve 450 mm and 200 mm dia valve opening by placing blank flange on it with rubber packing and tightening all the nut bolts to restore the normal water supply by taking all safety measures ensuring no leakage from any flange.

Supply of butterfly valve 200 mm dia, Body SS 316, DISC SS 304, Seat PTFE, Working pressure up to 10Kg/Cm2, Valve rating PN10, Leakage class tight shut off, end connection wafer type to 150#. Electrical actuator, Functional detail as below: Characteristic on-off type with integral starter unit, Actuator Body aluminium alloy, Position on power fail stay put, ambient temperature -20oC – 80o C, Indicator Continuous position indicator, Motor insulation class F, Protection class IP 67- weather proof, Feed-back/Limit switch inbuilt with auxiliary passive contact, manual override inbuilt key type, Voltage 220V AC. Supply of heavy duty MS pipe Gap pieces 450 mm both side flanged 20 thickness (600 mm length approximately as per actual size requirement of site).

Charges for gas cutter with Oxygen & LPG gas cylinder (1Nos x 2 shift)

Fixing of butterfly valve with electrical actuator 200 mm and 450 mm dia in the existing interconnection line by removing the blank flange and installing the valve with the help of manual labour& tightening new nut bolts and rubber packing to avoid any leakage.

Transportation charges for butterfly valve 450 mm and 200 mm dia from works to site including loading and unloading charges on both ends.

Testing& Commission of the above equipment with suitable electric wire MCCB on of switch and minor civil works etc.
