Renovation of Service Road From km 8.040 to km 9.500 at Left bank of Sareni Dy.

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .

Earthwork in excavation including lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.5m, excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile in road upto 1.5m height.

P/L of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 thick i/c Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area as per IRC 35-2015. work as per direction of Eng-in-charge.
