Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. (a) Upto 9.0 mtr . Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mtr

GI reducer as required. S&F 40mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts, average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated signle core stranded annealed copper with and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl painting etc. (Make : Bajaj 120 W LED or equivalent)

Supply only XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core.(Make : Havells/Gloster/KEI).

Supplying & Erection of medium size feeder pillar box of Size (1200 x 750 x 450 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35 x 35 x 3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and paintin

Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04Mts. long and 1x4SWG GI(Hot Dip) wire (4Mts. long),13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts,double nuts,double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.6 5Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Supply and fixing of M.S loop box (10 SWG) of size 10.3/4"x8.3/4"x5" (269mmx219mmx125mm) having almrah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including S/F 8"x6"x1/4" (200mm x150mmx6mm) bakelite sheet 1 No 4-way ebonit connector block, 1 No 15 Amp fuse unit fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box pole by means of M.S Clamps of 1"x1/4" (25mmx6mm) of suitable length and encasing teh box by 1:3:6 cement concrete with graded stone chip (3/4" down). The depth of the concrete should be 60cm x54cmx54cm including plastering and neat cementing and S/F Nos compression galnd of sutble sixe and making all necessary connections as reqd.

Earthing with one 15.88 mm dia GI rod with double GI nuts and washers and 4 SWG GI wire to an average depth of 3 mtr including S/F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mtr long) (a) with 1.8 mtr long earthSupply and fixing of 1800 mm GI Earh spike.
