Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone or precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and of any thickness on brick or stone/PCC block walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 40mm for Sand stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair faces of block / concrete surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, FOD traps fixed with the help of welding of angle sections or other connecting plates (Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly steel surface any description exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel or iron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered anglesand throating complete all as specified and directed.
