Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed..

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 Km above the starting point outside MD land all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Hardcore of guage exc. 63mm but not exc 100mm thick, deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc.10CM thick, watered & rolled/ rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L 100 mm thick, Plain Cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors even and rough finished to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 80 mm thick, M-40 grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 50mm thick River Sand filling under Paver blocks including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidating all as specified and directed.

M&L for Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding at front edge all as specified and as directed as in platforms Note : Quality of granite all as approved by GE .

M & L for powder coated Aluminium frame and shutter for sliding & openable, door, windows & ventilators (movable louvers type) with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. Rubber gasketting all round the panels / shutters to fix glass, PVC gasketting in all channels, locking arrangement, (minimum thickness of powder coating 60 micron for windows and ventilators with natutal matt fininsh) complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- (i) Glass to be measured and paid separately under respective of work. (ii) Items shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber gasket/ PVC gasket, glazing clips, screws etc as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel arround contacting surface of aluminium work]

S & F Aluminium anodised grill (thickness of anodising minumum 15 micron) with and including suitable aluminium anodized 'F'/ 'H' section frame 23.40 x 15.30 x 1.40 mm thick with aluminium rebated/ screwed attachment complete all as specified and directed in following situation :- (Note : (i) Aluminium grill shall be of 'Deco grill' of M/s ELESAR FOCCHI Ltd as per Design No. DG102, 7.50 mm x 6 mm and weight shall not be less than 3.131 Kg/ Sqm or approved design in M/s Royal Grill/ National Grill/ Alumigrille of M/s Alumi Profiles Pvt. Ltd, Chandramukhi Basement, Nariman point, mumbai.

M&L Porbandar stone masonary, block in course, well bonded and bedded, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Virified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and hite or coloured cement to match not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All as item no 11 above but over screed bed or bedding layer 10mm thick 1:4 on vertical surfaces/skirting complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450mmx7mm thick including over 10mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L Rendering in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick on fair face of brick work and finised even and smooth without using extra cement at any posotion incuding taking down cement plaster on stone wall & roof slab including raking out joints, hacing for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes including taking down cement plaster of any description racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Two coats of OBD on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of chalk white primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 5mm thick glass sheet ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty fixed with beads n.exc 0.5Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Aluminium xpm wire mesh 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with wooden beads complete as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE)

S & F Railing using stainless steel pipes, squares etc of hollow section including provision of architechural finials of grade SS 316, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L APP based membrane course roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

Demolition of brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and removal of debris from site other than MD land complete all as specified and as directed

(shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
