Repairs to 02 cusec Horizontal Split Casing pump of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora by way of fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of double stage Bronze/Gun Metal Impeller having Dynamic head 110Mtr. The impellers should be exactly according to the sample and the weight of impellers should be (approx. 18Kg/impeller total 36kg). The job also includes the charge of dismantling of complete pump casing from base frame with the help of skilled labour, sifting it to loading side, then loading in private load carrier with the help of chain pulley block, channels and other tools & tackles to workshop for repair work. The job includes the charge of replacement of damaged ball bearing 6311 (02 no) with new one of SKF/Equipment make for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for repairs to casing by way of making new threads for nuts & bolts, repairs to damaged area by a process of re-metaling, welding, turning, finishing etc , p/f of new nuts & bolts of pump casing, balancing of shaft on lathe machine, repair work to bearing and coupling seat and other allied works which are necessary needs to be repair for the completion of work The job also includes the charge of palmetto packing, greasing, gas kit etc. for the completion of work . The job also includes the charge for providing and fitting of TC- 18 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre. The job also includes taking of dimensions at site and then boring of holes at workshop to the coupling halves which shall match with size of shaft of pump and motor. After completion of work at workshop shifting of complete pump casing to site in private vehicle, installed it carefully with the help of skilled labour and tested on full load. Old meterial to be return to the divisional Store.
